We're leaving for the city shortly, as Linda is departing today. I thought we'd stop at Casco Viejo along the way and tour the old quarter, since she's never been there. I'll be sure to take some photos Insha'Allah.
Zach Daudert has asked me a few questions about El Valle and I'll answer those in an upcoming post.
Lately I've been pondering the concept of "Ummah" and what it means to Muslims. I think I might do some research, and write a long post about it.

Wow - I made it into the blog! It's an odd experience to be going through my daily reads and come across my name... It reminds me of the contest the garbage collection co. has here - if you find your name in their newsletter you win free service for 3 months. In this case I hope to gain some insight on El Valle from your experiences!
I really love Casco Viejo. It will be interesting to see it's evolution over the next few years.
